We’ve always done 60lb thrusters before, so I stuck with that and used to thirty lb dumbbells. It also read to me like the pushups were supposed to be weighted as well, so I threw 60lbs of plates in my backpack for that. It took awhile trying to get that back pack on and off every time (in retrospect, I should have just left it on the whole time and gave my legs the extra workout with the squat portion of the thruster). At any rate, I made it through in almost exactly 24 minutes.
Also just wondering if you can send me this coming Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday’s workout ahead of time. I don’t know if I will be able to do them during my trip to Texas, but if I know what I am supposed to do, I can at least try if time avails itself.
