RYM: Africa is still on. I leave next Saturday (5/30). I should have just taken vacation straight through, but unfortunately I have to work three days after getting back from TX. If you feel like planning the workouts way ahead, I will need the first full week of June, and Monday – Wednesday of week two. I’ll be back on Thursday (6/11). I am not sure exactly how things will be structured over there, and I may not have the time or the ability to do the workouts anyway. If you don’t want to think that far in advance don’t worry about it. I’ll do my best to do something in the mornings just to keep the muscle memory going.

@londonpiano@xanga - This site is probably going to take a hiatus through much of June anyway, since I will be in Airborne school. Be careful about working out in Africa. The heat can kill you if you're not used to it. Literally. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate and acclimatize before you do anything crazy. Good luck.
