    20 minute telephone poles. Start running a road with regular telephone poles (or light posts or traffic lights) and do intervals. Sprint one interval, slow jog the next. Sprint Jog, sprint Jog. There is no score for this one, just go for twenty minutes and concentrate on the sprint portion.
